These rules decide who shows up under Needs attention, To review and FYI on your patient panel. They start from the flags in Aidy's doctor report. Set the thresholds and urgency your team actually triages by.
Symptoms
- Activity rising
7-day HBI/SCCAI is moderate or worse and has risen or more points in 30 days.
Flags 2 patients now - Moderate or severe activity
7-day HBI/SCCAI is in the moderate or severe band, even if steady.
Flags no one now - Blood in stool
Blood logged on or more of the last 7 days.
Flags 1 patient now - Stool frequency
Median of more than bowel movements a day this week.
Flags 1 patient now - Waking at night
Woke up to have a bowel movement on or more of the last 7 nights.
Flags 2 patients now - Fever
Rated fever /10 or higher this week.
Flags 1 patient now - Emergency visit
Reported an ED visit in the last days.
